Managed a four person staff. We supported over 80 internal staff (their computers, programs, phones, printers, copier/scanners, etc.) as well as our external member customers via our web site, discussion lists, Apps and other electronic services. Converted from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange. Served as our Exchange admin and upgraded it to keep pace as each new version hit its first service pack. Implemented a Dell SAN system in conjunction with moving some of our servers to VMWare. Managed a Lyris email list server (used for discussion lists and member mailings).Most recent website upgrade was to use Microsoft SharePoint for our web site. We successfully upgraded SharePoint versions from 2007 to 2013. We were awarded a luminary award for our web site from NABE. Integrated the Google DPS system for digital advertising on our web site.Successfully moved our Flagship print publication (the Weekly OSBA Report – "The Green book") to the digital realm. It is now available as a customizable option via 3 new delivery options, the web site (including mobile optimized), Phone Apps (iPhone and Android) and via emails.Helped design, find a search engine vendor and manage the successful implementation of the web version of our Casemaker Legal Research tool (previously a CD-ROM product). This product competes with Lexis and West and allows our members to do their legal research without any additional cost. It is a truly valuable member benefit and our design and implementation was then successfully marketed to and launched at 26 other state bar associations.Helped design, spec and implement a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) studio recording system. All live events are recorded for later replay via the web or simulcasted to member desktops or remote locations around the state. We launched a new quick webcast studio that provides our customers with quick 1 to 1.5 hours live online CLE courses.
