- Managing Proparco current portfolio in West Africa (500M USD under management)- Business Development including prospecting, sourcing and structuring new investments in ECOWAS (Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Togo, Mali, Liberia…), excluding Nigeria- Multi sector: Banking & Financial Markets, Infrastructure, Equity and Corporate (including SMEs)- Interviewing key actors, identified available financing offers and requirements- Analyzing operational and financial performances and business plans of potential clients (restating of the financial statements, business modelling, valuation, risk assessment, ...)- Negotiating Term Sheet and legal documentation

- Assisting on the valuation techniques such as comparable analysis and discounted cash flow, business modelling- Participating on fundamental research, investor decks and both sell-side and buy-side due diligencemainly comprising investments in retail and TMT sector in South-East Asia- Working on M&A deals for exit strategy on portfolio companies- Assisting the monitoring processes of portfolio companies
