Frederic was primarily responsible for tax compliance and advisory work, and worked on key investment management client issues in domestic, international, and state and local taxation with a focus on implementing tax strategies that aligned with his clients’ business objectives. Frederic also spent three years in the Deloitte M&A Transaction Services practice as a dedicated M&A specialist. While in the M&A Transaction Services Group, he specialized in corporate transactions and restructurings by private equity firms and corporate acquirers.
