Definition of the space planning and rationalization rules, considering the constraints for each activity, the Chinese walls requests and the high-rise building occupation rules.- Definition, follow up and publication of the KPIS.- Application Owner for PULSAR, dedicated to the facilities management- Preparation and presentation in CSE/CSSCT for all moving projects and premises’ modification to obtaina decision

- FIND - Finance Direction- Small team (6 agents) in charge of the daily administration for the Accounting and Finance Direction in Paris (around 700 agents).- In charge of Financial Market Data, logistic (desk attribution and moves following organization changes), telecom (classic tools and trading rooms dedicated technologies), IT equipment- Follow up costs, including control and cost cutting program management- Central Secretary : managing and centralising powers of attorney, dedicated signatories on contracts and costs, requests for social mandates, workflows- IT Security and BCP correspondant- Internal Governance Corpus of documents update and follow up.

ACFI - Accounting and Finance Direction- Small team (5 agents) in charge of the daily administration for the Acocounting and Finance Direction in Paris (around 1000 agents).- In charge of Financial Market Data, logistic (desk attribution and moves following organization changes), telecom (classic tools and trading rooms dedicated technologies), IT equipment- Follow up costs, including control and cost cutting program management- Central Secretary : managing and centralising powers of attorney, dedicated signatories on contracts and costs, requests for social mandates- BCP and DRP processes- IT Security

ACFI (Accounting and Finance)In charge of:1. BCP and DRP processes : optimization, regular updates regarding the organization evolution, technology and perimeter updates. Objective : move from a local strategy to a global strategy, including the cross backup opportunities2. IT Security : policies definition and deployment, development and production environments segregation, individual security level for each critical application

- Small team (8 agents) in charge of the daily administration for the Debt and Finance Direction in Paris (around 900 agents).- In charge of Financial Market Data, logistic (desk attribution and moves following organization changes), telecom (classic tools and trading rooms dedicated technologies).- Follow up costs, including control and cost cutting program management- Budgets construction and follow up for internal support teams and for dedicated resources : telecom, market data, location costs, PC and printers depreciation- Central Secretary : managing and centralising powers of attorney, dedicated signatories on contracts and costs, requests for social mandates- Daily security regarding locations and people : building accesses, evacuation exercises, etc...

- Define the Strategy and the consumption policy for the INFI world wide perimeter, in agreement with the dedicated buyer. 1. Financial Market Data Manager : - Define the Strategy and the consumption policy for the INFI world wide perimeter, in agreement with the dedicated buyer. Define the product policy : analysis, benchmarks and tests.- Defining requests, needs expression and users profiles. Define and apply the cost cutting and rationalisation programs.- Daily administration of the contracts and suppliers follow up for the Paris trading rooms (contracts and invoices, budgets construction and follow up, Marketing, Market Survey)2. Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan Manager :- Participate to the crisis management (Defining and deloying processes, transversal tests)- Preparing and coordinating the term transversal tests Front-Back offices.- Administration and Management of the back-offices backup site (moving from mutualised to dedicated status, grow up of the site, re-organization following the internal new back-offices organization)

Financial Market Data Manager- Contracts and Budget follow up and management, Paris and Foreign sites.- Financial Market Data suppliers management- Trading Rooms support, including contributions- Working with REUTERS Europe on contributors pages management, permissionning management and automatic production for contracts and invoices.2.
