I am a senior Digital Executive that focuses on businesses transformation by mixing business strategy, Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Technologies to drive fundamental changes both internally and externally delivering material value for their businesses. More recently I helped businesses to shape their journey to intelligence by considering data as source of value, building data and analytics capabilities, enabling a data culture and setting up intelligent functions across their Value Chain.I have a unique profile where I combine more than 20 years of Digital, AI and Technology consulting experiences at Accenture with pragmatic leadership experiences in the Enterprise at Groupe Mutuel, a Swiss Health Insurance (1m customers, $5.5 billion revenue), where I was the Data and AI Director and member of the Executive Team.At Groupe Mutuel I was in charge of their Data and AI strategy focused on value realisation, technology enablement, change management and data governance. I successfully delivered this first phase by enabling close collaborations between Business, IT and the Data team to build the strategy Data and AI capabilities and deliver tangible value for the Business.At Accenture I held several management roles leading Go-To-Market, strategy, and delivery consulting teams. I worked across multiple industries such as Oil and Gas, Finance, Utilities, Telecommunication, and Tech Companies.I shaped and delivered services ranging from $50k to $500m from strategy, through large scale transformation programmes and outsourcing across Europe and Middle East. I built digital and IT consulting practices in different geographies. I let Go-To-Market Digital and AI teams developing offerings, defining growth strategies with clients account teams, shaping value propositions to deliver profitable growth.During these years I have been fortunate to work on Data and AI projects covering Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain in many industries.During my career I always embraced new ideas, technologies and ways of working in order to provide relevant and leading-edge solutions transforming businesses and drive value for customers, employees and society as a whole.
