CFO for SIG French & Spanish subsidiairies (Sales € 810 M, headcounts 1400) SIG plc is a UK group listed on London Stock Exchange and leader on distribution of building materials- Transformed Finance : people (reinforced, reshuffled & trained the team of 70), organisation (re-established core discipline around legacy accounting, reporting, performance analysis, forecasting & internal control), IT systems (put in place SAP S4/HANA for Finance as an enabler of business development) - Contributed to strategy planning, execution and follow-up : reviewed strategic portfolio, identified value-creating growth levers, performed KPI implementation, led divestitures on non-core businesses & acquisitions- Prepared business review for the Group and the major shareholder CD&R (US private equity firm)- Enhanced profitability and cash generation : developed business partnering on sales growth and products/customers profitability through pricing optimisation, achieved working capital reduction- Structured financing : bank debt, leasing, factoringOver the last 5 years, France has become the 1st Group contributor to EBIT and Cash.

CFO Parcel branch (€ 1.6 billion sales)In charge of a large team (100+), management control, accounting/tax, cash management, legal, financial information system (SAP), purchasing, real estate and facilities management.- Created the Parcel finance function (particularly management control & IT finance) to allow the “operational” carve out of this business unit from the La Poste Group organisation- Implemented SAP with a view to transform the Finance function into a business partner (redefined, harmonised KPI to serve Operations & Commercial follow-up)- Overhauled processes & organisation to optimise revenues/costs (tax optimisation, purchasing gains, mutualisation/shared services, pricing, ABC costing to better assess the customers’ profitability)
