For over 15 years, I’ve been helping individual investors and financial institutions achieve their financial goals.My investment process is simple, logical and based on well-documented research from well-known universities and top investors from around the world.1) I find good companies. • Companies that are highly profitable. • Companies that have a clean balance sheet with very little debt, if any. 2) From the good companies, I choose the least expensive ones in relation to their earnings. 3) After the secondary search, I then look for significant corporate share buybacks, approved by the board of directors, and / or significant insider buying activity which, most of the time, is a good sign that things will improve soon. A question to consider: • “Who are the first people to see that a new strategy is starting to pay off? Who are the first people to see sales improving?” The answer: • The Board of directors and/or the insiders like CEOs, Directors etc. Several studies confirm this investment principle.
