After successfully driving sales growth and exceeding targets within major Energy manufacturing organizations (wind, solar, hydro and thermal energies: steam, gas) I understood the meaning of his statement. Building trustful relationships comes first and is what describes me better as a Sales professional.I’m a self-driven, humble leader yearning to continuously learn and be part of the winning team, who sees the biggest challenges as the greatest opportunities and who gets on the front, drive change, go all-in and perform with team at the best to feel that extraordinary emotion which is proudness of good achievement.

I love to listen, understand and find solutions to satisfy the needs of the Customer, but I prefer to bring new ideas adding value to Customer’s business so that we can win together.There is nothing more exciting than implementing strategies, driving teams towards inspiration leading them to be convinced they can achieve rewarding goals. Nothing can stand in your way once trust, intimacy and rigor is established to serve your environment.
