My career has always centred around 1 topic; bringing people together and facilitating communications.I started working as a NOC operator in Belgium and moved on to the role of Problem Analyst in The Netherlands, providing real-time root cause analysis on both data and voice networks for a major international Telecom provider.I then moved to the UK and shifted into a more software oriented direction, working as a Support Manager and Escalations Manager for a major US company, all aimed at customer satisfaction and retention.A third part of my career - as a Play therapy practitioner - has been to focus on communicating with children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experience and are struggling with trauma and additional needs.
