I'm responsible for the successful setup and deployment of the Changr platform within client businesses. My activities range from project consultation through to client management. At any moment in time, I can be actively managing up to 3 new client engagements and I'm responsible for the ongoing support across up to 5 different engagements. With each new client project, I oversee all client IT interactions, define the most effective use of the platform based on the desired project outcome, design and digitise all client content into a range of digital engagement formats available on the platform, lead the project plan, oversee all usability testing and create an implementation plan that includes roles, responsibilities and training requirements for the client roll-out team. To date, I have enabled the successful deployment of 15 projects on the Changr platform. Show less
