- Create original designs and provide inspiration based on global market trends to identify new seasonal silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, and potential new product categories.-Participate & collaborate in building seasonal design concepts, including fabric, trims, print, color, branding direction.-Develop presentation and sketch boards for internal review meetings.-Execute and follow through of design concept from initial sketch, CAD, mock-up, prototype to final SMS-Partner with product development and fit team to create tech packs and communicate the vision behind fit and product design, ensuring execution, quality, and desired margin targets are achieved-Guarantee PLM maintenance and data entry as needed, i.e., style creation, changes & updates throughout the season.-Communicate Product Features & Attributes to Sales & Marketing departments.-Closely follow and respect the design & development calendar making sure all deadlines and key milestones are met.-Attend fittings, product sample reviews, communicate ideas clearly to execute fit and vision.-Collaborate with the Product development, Sourcing & Production teams to ensure design strategy aligns with product development, sourcing & production strategy-Collaborate with the Merchandising team to discuss and align on approved category plan, pricing, and pyramid structure
