■ Perform an audit on the R&D products and organization: - Individual interviews with managers of development and quality department - Facilitate collaborative meetings with all managers: > Status of the current organisation and its weakness > Analysis of the products and their architecture > Target definition for the product architecture and the R&D organization - Share this audit with the Executive Committee■ Manage the implementation of agile methodologies (SCRUM) in the R&D division - Change Management - Definition & monitoring of development processes - Continuous Improvement ( KPI tracking , retrospective, ... ) - Brainstorming session animation■ Manage the company master schedule evolution (CMS) - Apply agile principles to the entire company - Define and facilitate the inter-division process: > Facilitate the Product Definition with Product Owners and Chief Marketing Officer > Facilitate the Release Committee (Decisions on the release content and delay) > Synchronization of all divisions for the "General Availability"■ Project Management - Requirements definition - Planning - Monitoring budget (15 m€ in 5 years) - Reporting to funding organism■ Development department management - Multipdisciplinary team (Development and test) - Participative management based on involvement, commitment and reponsability - Focus on retrospectives to analyze team working and identify corrective actions (continuous improvement)
