The Authon-du-Perche production site is attached to the France Management and specializes in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical glass packaging such as bottles, ampoules, and cartridges. A second activity dedicated to the manufacturing of production tools is also carried out on the site.- Ensures the production of customer orders (quality, cost control, deadlines) -Leads and motivates the entire staff (approx. 125 people) with rigor, dynamism, and team spirit- Extends the continuous improvement of the site's productivity by optimizing the existing, proposing new investments, and developing the principles of LEAN Management (6S, Visual Management, etc.) across all services (production, maintenance, logistics, HR, Finance, ESS, Design Office)- Ensures the profitability of the site and the fulfillment of budgetary objectives- Drive the site to future as a 4.0 factory

Reporting to CEO of the Pharmapackaging Division, in charge of Finance & Accounting over 7 countries (Belgium, Croatia, USA, India, Germany, France, Russie).- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly consolidation to Japan HQ- Budget and Strategic Planning (10Y Long Term Planning) coordination and consolidation- M&A for the division- Investments and Project support to operations and management- Keyboards creation through new apps, Industrial KPIs dashboard and definition, Sales dashboard- Adhoc mission for the Group and CEO

Pour l'ensemble des sites industriels français, définit et supervise la gestion administrative et financière de l'entreprise. En relation directe avec le Groupe, assure le reporting financier mensuel, trimestriel et annuel. Garant des règles et procédures nationales, Groupe et IFRS.=> Procédures de gestion administrative et financière=> Budget prévisionnel : élaboration, présentation aux dirigeants, suivi et ajustements=> Suivi des résultats financiers, plan de financement=> Gestion de la trésorerie, relation avec les intermédiaires financiers, négociations avec les acteurs financiers=> Supervise le Contrôle de Gestion et l'Audit interne : évaluation des risques financiers, validation des choix finaux=> En charge des relations fournisseurs, autres organismes extérieurs (fisc, ...)=> Gestion du patrimoine mobilier et immobilier=> Règlement des contentieux
