Reporting to the Global Head of Prime Brokerage Sales in London, my role covers the identification, analysis, development & delivery of added-value services to French, other continental European & UK Alternative Investment players such as hedge funds, family offices, managed account platforms, structured products desks and other alternative investment investors across a large cross-section of liquid investment strategies. My mandate encompasses business development, structuring of client proposals, responses to RFPs, profitability & risk capital analysis, ongoing commercial coverage, coordination with global sales teams and offices for cross-border clients, identification of cross-selling opportunities and management of a business development employee. It involves dealing with a large breadth of onshore and offshore legal structures and jurisdictions. My role requires a focus on the delivery of key services for alternative investment firms including: desk/electronic execution, stock lending & borrowing/repos, listed & OTC clearing, custody & settlement, portfolio cross-margining and financing, commodity financing, synthetic prime brokerage solutions for listed futures & options, cash equity, fixed income, commodities and foreign exchange portfolios.
