I am an intellectual property (IP) lawyer and litigator. I provide advice on all aspects of IP matters, and represent clients in litigations and disputes involving patents (including under the PM(NOC) Regulations), trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.I represent both plaintiffs and defendants, in proceedings of all complexities. I have repeated success before the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal, where I represent clients and conduct litigation in both English and French.I pride myself on developing creative litigation strategies and arguments to help clients assert and defend their IP and commercial rights. I strive to find solutions and outcomes that best align with my client's business needs and ambitions. In doing, so, I regularly works with experts – including world-renowned experts – in various fields of science, medicine, economics and accounting to prepare evidence and arguments for the Court. Prior to law, I obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, and worked at some of Canada’s most prominent technology companies.
