•Part of the Corporate Finance department at ContourGlobal and maintain accounting for Luxembourg entities, London and New York Offices•Perform monthly/yearly IFRS closings and establish financial statements •Issue Local statutory reporting (Financial Statement, local tax fillings, VAT fillings, BCL reporting) – Lux GAAP•Monitor Holding and Office costs, perform variances analysis actuals vs budget. Prepare Budget and quarterly forecast revision •Ensure accurate accounting treatment for internal restructurings involving my scope of entities (mergers, liquidation, transfers, acquisitions)•Maintain up to date documentation for Lux entities with local legal team •Participate and implement project/process changes such as cash pool implementation, closing process to optimize timing and accuracy•Manage, train and develop a team of 2 employees•Manage Internal & External Audits. Ensure that all processes are in accordance with Local GAAP and group policies. Review and document monthly internal controls

Saran - France

•Part of the Global Financial Shared Services Organization at Deere&Co and provide support to 8 different units in France (1.5 Billion of Net sales - 1500 Employees)•Perform monthly/yearly US GAAP closings and establish financial statements as well as budget and forecast reports•Issue Consolidated Local statutory reporting (Income tax, local tax, tax files)- French GAAP•Manage the treasury of the different John Deere units in France•Manage, train and develop a team of 6 employees •Participate, lead and implement project/process changes such as the creation of new business units, the change of scope of the fiscal integration, SAP upgrades in order to adapt to changing environments•Support business growth by ensuring high quality services delivered to our clients and promote our activities with business counseling•Manage Internal & External Audits. Ensure that all processes are in accordance with SOX and Deere Compliance; Review and update documented procedures to certify appropriate documentation and processes are in place

Saran- France

•Perform Internal Control Testing to verify the adequacy of those in reference to Deere Requirements, US GAAP and SOX regulations•Provide Counseling to unit personnel about “best Practice” compared to other Deere Units•Perform various audits over 12 countries with multiple international and cross cultural teams•Perform a special assignment at a Deere unit as Accounting Supervisor- in charge of reviewing and updating their internal control processes

Ormes - France

•Prepare management reports and tools that help unit departments to track their SA&G expenses and forecast•Participate to the monthly US GAAP closings with a main focus on the inventory and SA&G•Responsible for Inventory tracking at the branch unit•Implement process improvements such as Volume discount reconciliation tools with Income statement
