My role was to manage the program related to the creation of the European private cloud at Luxembourg, as delivered by the NTT OASIS II team. The intentions were to deliver private cloud services (Oracle, WebLogic, Containers, network functions, storage…) This involved many aspects including technology, financial, and organizational transformation. Our biggest challenge was to transform the way of working and to implement agile and DevOps culture to allow continuous delivery of value while breaking silos.

This aim is to link the business mission, vision, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an integrated, efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner. My role is to engage with business and IT leaders and assist them in making investment decisions that balance and prioritise current operational demands, disruptions and opportunities with the longer term strategic vision of the organisation. They are able to integrate and align the business direction (operations and strategy) and apply CS Enterprise Architecture to lead the client’s business forward.
