As a Team Leader in Receiving Conveyance I run the day to day activities on the production floor. This consist of:• Setting up daily work assignments • Checking part inventory levels• Communicate with Part Ordering Specialist on part inventory • Set up daily unload schedule• Set up daily stocking schedule• Manage floor activities• Preform Standardized Work Audits• Delegate daily and weekly 5S duties• Manage department communications boards• Track and display data for executives • Work with other departments on safety and quality kaizens • Constant Kaizen to processes to ensure safety, quality and efficiency • Preform assignments given to me by Group LeaderThis is just a general list of daily activities. I am also constantly involved in QC Circles, Jishukens and Safety and Quality Blitzes. I am a Certified T3 trainer for Fundamental Skills and Motion Observation.I am always open to change. I never want to become stagnant. The sky is the limit!
