Tax planning & monitoring of tax compliance for group entities;Collaborate with front-office desk to develop ideas and advise on various investment projects by designing optimum financial, fiscal and trust structures for investors;Develop effective structures to accommodate complex needs of investors with wealth spread across asset classes and currencies;Participate to due diligence process in potential asset and transaction deals;Recommend tailor-made solutions to meet both private & corporate client requirements across jurisdictions (corporate structuring, private equity deals, real estate acquisitions, asset protection and repatriation, incl. inheritance planning and transfer of residence);
