Responsible for all activities in Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Italy.Increase sales and optimize the geographic presence of the company by strategically managing the network of resellers in the region and developing new business opportunities.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other stakeholders.Periodically monitor sales performance, analyze market conditions and review action plans based on sales forecasts.Propose and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives based on the Business Plan established annually.Collaborate with global sales team to prioritize opportunities and develop win strategies.Ensure Client key drivers, organization, plans, and specifications/expectations are fully understood, including the required customization of services to address specific technical challenges and/or objectives.Coordinate proposal process with Engineering and Project Management to timely meet Client and internal requirements.Report opportunities and track deals using tools such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maximize potential business and minimize lost opportunities; Contribute to order intake reporting, sales forecasts, and business planning.Provide leadership for key strategic events, including customer visits, technical workshops, & conferencesRepresent the company, contribute to thought leadership, and advocate for strategic priorities through presentations and workshops (webinars, conferences, meetings, and other relevant events).Advise and help our partners to choose axial engineered valves systems for control and safety applications mainly in Oil & Gas Production, Oil & Gas Processing, Oil, Gas and Water Transmission, Offshore (turret, topside and subsea) and Onshore.
