(16 direct and 60 indirect employees)• Led multiple visits to supplier site in Japan, Taiwan, Ireland, USA, France, Canada in order to assess supplier engineering advancement, prototypes, program progress and risks.• Chaired IPDT change management board to facilitate and expedite customers demand versus supplier’s capability and budget. • Developed manufacturing strategy and winning conditions to reduce learning curve associated with new aircraft development and integrated flawlessly to production line.• Established IPDT integrated program schedule and measure advancement through earn value study.
