With over 20 years of experience in the car rental and hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven leadership expert who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and profitability. As an Area Manager at Europcar AMAG Services AG, I oversee 15 points of sale across three cantons in Switzerland, managing a mix of franchisees and corporate branches. I enjoy coaching and supervising my team of branch managers and franchisees on various aspects of leadership, management, and logistics, as well as implementing and monitoring customer service, operational, and financial KPIs.
