Current• Enables and supports the Capsules & Health Ingredients sites in the development of a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement and Lean through training, technology transfer, global standards, sharing of best practices and deployment of programs aligned with Lonza methodologies and strategies• Works hands on with colleagues across the entire organization (inclusive of shop floor, R&D, end to end business processes, global and… Show more • Enables and supports the Capsules & Health Ingredients sites in the development of a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement and Lean through training, technology transfer, global standards, sharing of best practices and deployment of programs aligned with Lonza methodologies and strategies• Works hands on with colleagues across the entire organization (inclusive of shop floor, R&D, end to end business processes, global and corporate leaders, and occasionally customers) to reduce waste, increase productivity, optimize processes, improve quality, reduce costs, reduce inventories, and increase Capsules & Health Ingredients’s value proposition• Lead various global Six Sigma projects in plants operations (US, Mexico, Japan, France) to increase production, efficiency and to reduce production variability, defects, downtime, and waste.• Management of significant capital projects for the Capsugel Pharma and DS business (e.g. managed the global implementation of vegetarian capsules manufacturing in India, Japan, Mexico, US and France)• Provide Green Belt projects coaching to ~80 projects, coordinate certifications and budget allocations.• 50 - 60% travelling Show less
