Massage and doula work allow me to combine my love for working with and caring for people with my interest in the human body and holistic medicine. I am constantly amazed by the benefits of positive, healing touch and supportive, thoughtful words on a health and happiness!In my massage practice I utilize a blend of targeted deep tissue with deeply relaxing Swedish, myo-fascial release, dynamic stretching and trigger-point therapy to work through physical and emotional barriers to health.In my doula practice I use my ever growing knowledge of the body, pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum, thoughtful listening and understanding to support Moms and families through every stage of the childbearing year.
