The System Architect will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of system and software architecture of applications and software components.Job Accountabilities- Providing architectural design for system components- Supporting system/software design- Supporting system/software development- Supporting software or system prototyping development- Supporting C2ISR, internal R&D, Intelligence applications and Public Safety development- Supporting C2ISR/R&D/Intelligence/Public Safety Bids and Proposals; and- Make recommendations to the customer with regards to architecture and design of the systemIn addition,- Prepare and review proposals, client presentations, and demonstrations- Lead Visioning workshops- Develop project plans for professional services- Keep abreast of industry trends- Maintain appropriate industry contacts/networks- Maintain good technical relationships- Understand and adapt to political climate- Implement long term application and operational strategies with existing customer- Responsible of the Community of Practices at Thales Quebec

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the Technical Account Manager is accountable for client satisfaction as it relates to the technical consulting needs, anticipating future technical challenges and proposing value-added technology solutions for large clients requiring a dedicated technical account management resource. The position also performs some technical aspects of the application consulting role for these particular accounts. Job Accountabilities- Assists in meeting sales targets under the direction of a Senior Account Executive or National Account Manager- Helps prepare and reviews proposals, client presentations and demonstrations for technical accuracy and industry relevance- Maintains good technical relationships with customers and prospective accounts.- Maintains client configurations for technical and upgrade proposals - Maps user requirements to Intergraph software application offerings. - Leads visioning workshops to help chart future operational requirements for clients- Develops project plans for professional services in support of the solution software offering.- Participates in relevant tradeshows and seminars- Actively seeks knowledge of industry trends- Maintains appropriate industry contacts/networks- Performs technical consulting relating to the architecture, design, development, implementation and support of GIS solutions.

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the Application Consultant will lead activities related to the architecture, design, development, implementation, and support of Intergraph’s GIS solutions utilizing their extensive experience and knowledge of Intergraph’s geospatial applications and one of the industries SG&I serves. Job Accountabilities- Creates and/or manages workflow designs through functional requirements definition and analysis- Manages data modeling and data conversion- Conducts detailed design, including data modeling, workflow definition and graphic user interface definition- Responsible for configuration, installation and acceptance testing of Intergraph’s commercial application products- Develops, installs and conducts acceptance testing of custom developed geospatial applications and system interfaces- Analyzes and identifies customer requirements and functional gaps- Participates in visioning workshops to help chart future operational requirements for clients- Produces and manages the implementation of statements of work to be carried out by Intergraph’s technical resources- Participates as required in pre-sales and marketing activities by providing technical support including demonstrations, workshops and seminars.

Reporting to the Account Manager, the consultant will undertake and lead some activities related to the architecture, design, development, implementation, and support of geospatial solutions utilizing their experience and knowledge of the industry. Contributed to the implementation of a network management system: database modeling using Omnis7, creation of reports using Lotus1-2-3 and Omnis7, writing of documentation, coaching of users, support to administrators and specification testing.
