Working in the Administration Solutions Group, my role is to develop and launch new products and services. Amongst my key responsibilities were Morneau Shepell's Pooled Registered Pension Plan (PRPP) solutions as well as the US Public Pension Plan Administration initiative. I also managed the Universal Plan, a roll-over Group RRSP product.

Buck provides Benefits Consulting and HR Outsourcing services. It is the Human Ressources arm of ACS. With 75,000 employees worldwide and over $6.2B in annual revenue, ACS is a world leader in Business Process Outsourcing. It has been acquired by Xerox in January 2010.- Responsible for Buck Canada revenue growth strategy, including new logo acquisition, cross-selling and retention strategies.

SAS institute is the largest software firm specialized in business intelligence solutions. - Managed a territory generating over $2 million of software sales per year amongst Quebec’s largest accounts.- Secured five new clients for Strategic Performance Management, Activity-Based Costing, Risk Management and Customer Analytics solutions.

Founded in 2001, Nter Technologies was a joint venture between CGI and Loto-Quebec. Nter’s mission was to develop and market software solutions and services, specific to the lottery industry, wordlwide.- Managed Nter Sales and Marketing teams- Developed and realized marketing plans - Successfully launched a new B2B Portal for cross-media lottery results distribution- Met sales objectives with new customers in Europe, Canada and United States

Zero-Knowledge (now Radialpoint) is a provider of internet privacy enhancing technologies and services.- Developed a new product line offering corporations a breakthrough secure email and digital signature solution.

ACI’s middleware and software solutions facilitate e-commerce by providing consumers and corporations electronic access to their financial transactions. ACI owns a 66% market share amongst the world 500 largest financial institutions.- Assisted Desjardins and RAMQ in winning an Octas award for projects involving the implementation of an ACI software solution

Parmatec inc. was a consulting and software development firm with specific expertise in business process optimisation. Banctec Corp. acquired Parmatec in 1997.- Developed a new software application for high volume image-based item processing. Sold this application to National Bank of Canada, Laurentian Bank, Desjardins, Hydro-Quebec and Revenu Quebec. - As a consultant for National Bank, developed their image-based document processing outsourcing centre. This centre multiplied revenues by ten following the implementation of the Parmatec solution. It won a Canadian Information Productivity Award (CIPA).- Managed a National Bank of Canada project for the centralization of the Cash Management functions, with a budget of $4 M. Developed four departmental applications to optimize business processes.

NCR's ATMs, retail systems, Teradata® data warehouses and IT services provide solutions that maximize the value of customer interactions.I was responsible for selling NCR products and services to Eastern Canada's Financial Institutions.
