Manager of a team of 2 senior advisors.- Head of the investment solutions for our private clients through a monthly asset allocation with model portfolios, trade ideas on all asset classes.- Supporting our relationship managers (client presentations, investment proposal....).- Managing clients portfolios.- Developing and managing our own certificates (AMCs) on traditional and specific thematics (Golden Age, Technological Revolution, All Road, Recovery, US High Dividend...).- Developing our structured products offering and alternative investments offering (Private Debt, PE).- Organising client events (Roundtable with fund managers, Conference...)- Participant of Risk Committee.

• Equity trading execution - Dealing: Global equity market trading (Futures, Equities, ETF, Options) dealing about 50 to 100 trades per day in average. - Teamwork: Set up of a daily market comments (based on the newsflow, catalysts, flows) and research for CRMs. • Advisory - Investment Solutions: Developing IPO and Placement Business. Managing Subscriptions and Allocations. - Teamwork: Contribution to weekly morning meeting including market comments, technical analysis.

• Active on the trading strategy of our Alpstar European Equity long short Master Fund. - Responsible of i) the directional bias using Index futures or Index and Equity options and ii) the very short term -intraday and 1-5 days- trading on index and single stocks. - Participant of our committee of investment (selection of news flow, ideas, proposal on the different ways to invest). - Monitoring of the risk portfolio and the trading portfolio and set up of the stop loss.• Development of a trading platform and a trading team focused on the best execution. - Set up of the different executions tools (Electronic Platform - Trading Screen for the Equities and Smart Connect for Futures and Options). - Algorithms (and tracking tool of the performance), and Basket. - Set up of an Alert tools (based on the percentage change or on the volumes). - Creation of the different access for all the funds (Equity Fund, Credit Fund and Sector Fund).• Responsible of the relationship with the different brokers. - Selection of the different counterparties for the different funds. - First contact of the sales traders. - Set up of the news flow and research for the trading desk and our morning call.

- Analysis of FoF Strategies- Analysis of Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio and performance of FoF.
