I assist high-performing global leaders with increasing their business effectiveness across cultures and have done so for over a decade with companies like Accenture, Chanel, Lego, Michelin and Molson-Coors.I have enjoyed being an expatriate (in various capacities: sales, strategic HR, L&D, strategy, general management, consulting) since my early twenties, Ireland being country #7.
