Developing and running global Product Experience Management platforms to enable Sales & marketing towards our customers. After years as a pionner on PIM (#Akeneo) and Syndication (#Productsup) solutions on more and more ambitious projects, my position has become legitimate as a Global and transversal product owner. As a team, we then extended the scope of deliverables and the number of stakeholders accross the organization (IT, PIM, DAM, Sales, Marketing, Purchase dept, etc.). Being both part of a local Marketing organisation and involved in the Group global digital transformation on several topics, I identified the product information management as a pillar which requested a specific attention. As no formal project was covering short therm needs, we initiated a pilot and launched an operational PIM platform that we progressively extended to multiple areas. Mainly focused on internal sales (operations) and Marketing activities, my first mission was to identify main pain points in the process and suggest digital initiatives to fix them. As HQ (in Denmark) was initiating its digital transformation strategy, I had to be the one in the area (7 european countries) the most involved in all topics related to our activities.
