Lead a team of up to 11 employees to ensure system consistency, user satisfaction and business revenue. Main achievements are:- Formalize the development process based on the ISO-15288 standard. This has helped the organization to structure technical activities and realign people roles and responsibilities.- Standardized and streamlined the requirements/risks/verification activities by migrating artefacts from word/excel to a dedicated traceability tool (Jama Connect). This has allowed the team to connect developments to user expectations and improve impact analysis.- Drastically improve the requirements management activity by training and educating teams: IREB certification, Sophist and INCOSE writing rules, requirements management plan). This has improved the definition and boundaries of our developments and established a foundation for agreements with stockholders. - Strengthen product stability by aligning system verification strategy with use case and concept of operation.- Transitioning system definition, architecture and V&V from document based to model based (Capella) to unify the system understanding and create a technical single source of truth.
