I am currently managing most of the day to day operations for my full service online vaping company. In a given week here at TheVapersWay.com(A.K.A TVW for short) I handle training of any new employees, managing shipments coming out of our New Brunswick location, placing stock orders, maintaining inventory, researching new and profitable products to stock, obtaining new sale and sales leads, creating new advertising and marketing schemes and customer service is need when needed. I love my job as I help people quit smoking daily, which drastically changes my customers lives for the better and I find that to be very rewarding. At the same time I love to vape myself so it doesn't ever feel like work to me. The Vape industry is very intriguing to me as there is always new technology constantly evolving and even tho keeping up can be a challenge its proves to be very rewarding. All in all i am very lucky to have started my own vape company with my partners and even though its a ton of hard work and long hours I truly enjoy what i do and can honestly say very happy doing it.
