POSITION SUMMARY Senior position will be responsible for gathering and analyzing Gas Turbine Power Plant Configuration and Outage information in support of a variety of Engineering Projects. Communicate with engineers, project managers, and Black Belts to facilitate the development of engineering fixes and process improvements. The SMTS will be responsible for leading team initiatives across PSA team, direct client interface as well as process and quality metric development. POSITION DUTIES -Compile and analyze Gas Turbine Power Plant outage data from multiple sources to generate a variety of outputs -Follow up with source data providers as needed to resolve incomplete source data -Analyze completed outage schedules to compare completed work scope and duration to both notional and planned -Catalogue Site Configuration information from a variety of data sources and assist in prioritizing configuration data gathering efforts -Work with Engineers and Black Belts to convert the information generated to actionable projects and programs - Develop quality programs and associated metrics - Effectively present and business goals and objectives to team members and other relevant project members

Operating electric plant main and propulsion control equipment; locating circuit failures and replacing parts; measuring current, voltage and resistance; testing for shorts, grounds and continuity; testing protective circuitry; testing, servicing and replacing batteries; performing preventive maintenance on digital data equipment and control and monitoring circuits; measuring insulation resistance; repairing electrical/electronic cables, wiring and connectors; maintaining alarm, indicating and warning systems; maintaining and repairing gas turbine engines and auxiliary equipment; working with blueprints, schematics and charts; performing administrative procedures related to gas turbine propulsion system operation and maintenance; performing work area inspections; operating standard test equipment; stopping engines and checking for proper performance; replacing and adjusting operating tolerance of contacts, microswitches, relay switches, pressure switches and temperature switches.
