    Travelled to New Zealand and explored the country including work opportunities. I visited friends in Tauranga, Wellington, Auckland and Waiheke Island. I found that the job market for DevOps Engineers was quite small at that time and only in the big cities which was not where I wanted to live.I decided to explore opportunities back in South Africa and ultimately returned to the company I started with, even though I had to re-apply and go through interviews, which took 6 months.
