Responsibilities 7AM STARTHVAC Operations, Boiler Operations and punching Tubs, Deionized water systems,Reverse Osmosis Filter Systems, Chillers Operations, Exhaust Fans, RTU, BAS, Water treatment Chemical Testing, Compressors, Air Dryers,Fire and Life Safety, PMs, GMP, SOP, The Face Of the engineering department working with other departments for the best Communications and on time resolutions. Working with Vendors on Capital projects. Documentation and Reports, Plumbing, Electrical, Generator. Changing out filters motors and Belts. research on best practices.

Operations in the boiler room and other areas of the hospital to supply the hospital complex with heating, cooling, ventilation, water and other life support systems to provide a healthy and safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees under the general supervision of the Manager of Plant Engineering.Operates Building Energy Management Systems to ensure that all H.V.A.C. equipment is operational and operating at optimal efficiency. Maintains accurate records and reports on all equipment start up, failures, problems, work in progress and completed work through log books and computerized maintenance system. Investigates breakdowns and failures of all equipment to efficiently and effectively initiate repairs with minimal impact to the hospital and patient care.Serves as a member of the hospital's Emergency Response Team (ERT) taking appropriate actions to insure the safety and well being of all and resetting of all alarms systems.Performs all activities within the Plant Engineering Department Performs equipment room rounds to insure all equipment is operating properly, investigating all noises, leaks and abnormalities, properly, documenting all actions through rounds sheets and computerized maintenance system and is responsible for the security of the equipment rooms while on duty.Operates all Standby Emergency Generators and Automatic Transfer Switches in the event of a power failure. Operates and utilizes hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, lifting equipment and ladders insuring their safe and efficient use.Performs all corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment related to the plant engineering department including lubrication, adjustments, testing, flushing, repairs and rebuilding to insure that systems remain safe and operational within the established limits, properly documenting all actions through log books and computerized maintenance system. In addition to supervising personnel, as chief engineer oversees policies, procedures, protocolsand controls that govern operations. This type of professional consultation with all lower levelemployees who develop standards ensures that routines and controls keeps the organizationoperating safely and effectively. This duty requires understanding how all parts in a complexwork system function together. As chief engineer manages procedures of diverse functions, suchas research and development, planning, systems and maintenance.

As a Data Center Facilities Manager, you will provide day-to-day oversight and management of a Hitachi-operated data center facility.Act as the interface between teams at Hitachi headquarters, the local contractors and employees responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including electrical systems, mechanical systems, security contractors, janitorial services, and all other aspects of data center facility operation), and the Hitachi team responsible for installation and operation of servers within the data center.Find creative ways to keep operation costs to a minimum.Work outside of the box with team members to improve efficiency and implement new data center strategies.Ensure the ongoing operation of the data center.Ensure that contractors are delivering quality services and that all customer demands are being met.
