-Database Administrator of Teamcenter (PLM software) supporting Liebert Engineering in managing engineering documents; 3D assembly, parts, sheetmetal parts, draft and BOM.-Install, test and troubleshoot Teamcenter, Solid Edge and Autocad.-Troubleshoot problems with engineering documents.-Other activities that will be assigned by manager. Ex. Testing of new workflow process, Investigation of how to improve certain procedure, Accumulation of data, etc..

-Responsible for the complete mechanical design of the whole bottling line, 3D, 2D and Bill of Materials.-Make conceptual lay-out of the whole line in consideration with the customer specification, space and machines to be used.-Machine design modification (3D, 2D and Bill of materials).-Design improvement of the most commonly used parts.-Troubleshoot design problems and make the necessary modification.-Take part in the actual assembly of the machine and conveyor.-Make process diagram (how it works and function) of machine for presentation use by sales to customer.-Documentation of standard drawing.

-Make mechanical design and bill of materials of the improvement plan for production line.-Implement the approved mechanical design of the improvement plan; actual revision of production line, fabrication and machining of the required parts, installation and wiring.-Machine maintenance.

-Responsible for complete design of Relay Block for new car model. Evaluated and breakdown the required work. Make a schedule, divided work among engineers.-Responsible for checking the output drawing of engineers, making sure that it conform with the specification and company standard.-Managed group of engineer including daily supervision, mentoring and training.-Participate in the Quality Control Program of the company.-Liaise with Japan office.

-Responsible for complete design of Relay Block for new car model.-Make design modification base on the result of testing, assembly test or problem and design review.-Make customer approval drawing and estimate drawing.-Make documentation, handling manuals and bench marking.-Make training manuals and references.-Conversion of hand drawing to cad drawing.-Dispatch Engineer to Japan office providing support to Japanese engineer and act as coordinator for our office in the Philippines.
