I am a strategic CFO who helps guide organizations through times of major change – including turnarounds, transformative investments, and exponential growth. I have a deep strategy background; take responsibility for a much broader set of functions than a typical CFO, with experience leading everything from sales to human resources to real estate; and have a passion for creating best-in-class customer experiences. I’m currently the Chief Financial Officer at Founders Table Restaurant Group (backed by L Catterton), the parent company of Chopt Creative Salad and Dos Toros Taqueria. Prior to Founders Table, I was CFO of Jackson Hewitt (backed by HIG Capital and Corsair Capital) — the second-largest provider of tax preparation services, helping almost two million Americans each year through 6,000 locations — where I also led the strategy, customer experience, franchise sales, real estate and development, and human resources functions. I began my career as a strategy consultant at The Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) and also co-founded City Wine Tours.
