I believe the optimization of the engineering and construction industry is achieved by working collaboratively. This can be achieved by applying and sharing good industry practices such as those recommended by AACEi, PMI, Lean construction, VDC, etc. I have implemented project management practices in more than 50 engineering and construction projects achieving budget savings and increasing profitability. In the last years I have lead the PMO in Produktiva achieving more reliable results, information generated in time for timely decision making. I am a teacher and research advisor in the main Peruvian universities, passionate about scientific knowledge obtained with high rigor. I seek to transmit the knowledge learned in each investigation.
