FEH Global Construction, LLC - General Construction & Construction Management Services - Title: Project Executive From: April 2007 – Present Projects Types: Residential, Commercial, and EducationalDaily Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and manage all phase residential, commercial and educational projects• Secured over $4 million in new business through networking, bidding, customer relations and hard work• Architectural plan review for analysis of projects• Develop bids, project budgets and cost estimates• Manage preliminary cost budgets to actual budgets• Manage, supervise and coordinate meetings, day to day field operations, schedules, budgets, subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, roofing, mechanical), vendors/suppliers, building permits, change orders, request for information, preparation of construction documents and punch-list items• Oversee and hire 20 employees which include project managers, administrative assistant, superintendents, carpenters, and general labors• Develop, oversee and manage relationships with clients, investors, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, and lenders/bank • Obtain and oversee the compliance of contracting licenses, workers compensation, liability insurances, State of NJ and PA certifications (SBE, MBEC, MBE) and membership/affiliations • Prepare client-contractor and contractor-subcontractor contract agreements• Develop marketing plan and execute plan for companies strategic growth• Prepare marketing powerpoint presentations for client sales meetings• Hire and oversee sub-consultants for legal, accountant, web design, print, and consulting services
