It all started in the early 1960's with a curious mind and a lump of clay. What a metaphor for life building! The clay is me of course, but the clay was also real. And this is where I learned to mold my passion for art, the spiritual, writing, and an adventurous sense of business. My mind- the meditating mediator seeing through dimensional aspects of people and reality through realms of who knows what- then seeking to express a meaning. It is like seeing the face of God or dying or any other life altering event then trying to explain it in words. It is no wonder that I would pick up the pen and the brush, or that it would become a life passion. I have many passions, but by nature I am an abstract surrealist who leans towards geometrics and line play. Due to this, I enjoy oil, watercolor, charcoal, old fashioned print and anything else i can get my hands on. Art defines us. It expands our knowledge and understanding of ourselves and the world we live in. Like a good book, art allows us to see the possibilities we may have never stopped to reach out to. Art makes us dream the dream we fear to dream.
