Promoted and marketed employment for individuals with significant disabilities by developing an active partnership with businesses and business-related organizations within the Central Maryland Region (Baltimore, Harford, Howard and Cecil Counties). Developed and fostered a diverse and inclusive workplace for progressive organizations by providing a pool of qualified, job-ready individuals with mild to moderate physical, emotional and/or cognitive disabilities. Coordinated customized training program opportunities with local businesses. Developed resume-building opportunities such as internships, mentoring/shadowing experiences and on-the-job training opportunities with the local business community. Rendered assistance with diversity training, ADA training, reasonable work accommodations, Section 503 compliance, Schedule A, and various tax incentives.

Provided intake, assessment, enrollment, orientation, case management and job development to mixed client base of job seekers including youth enrolled in the foster care system and adults with physical, emotional and cognitive disabilities. Sought resources for removal of barriers to employment, including housing, legal resources, psychological counseling, etc. Worked with area employers to facilitate employment and training opportunities.

Rendered intensive job seeker services to youth ex-offenders as part of a grant-funded re-entry initiative. Developed and marketed employment and training partnerships with local businesses to garner job opportunities for client base. Facilitated job search training sessions. Designed marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, program logo, and informational kits.

Provided oversight for community-based revitalization program established to market undervalued neighborhoods in Baltimore City.
