Communications Advisor with DynCorp International for the National Security Judicial Development Directorate (NSJD-D). Mentoring the Afghan National Army's (ANA) and National Directorate of Security (NDS) Communications Officers on Operation, Maintenance, Communications, and Afghan MOD-14 logistics processes to develop the ANA's personnel qualification and sustainment for the future of the National Security Justice Center (NSJC). Working with and G6 Communications personnel in supporting Camera and Computer Data and Voice Networks, Counter IED Systems, and both handheld portable and mobile vehicular radio systems. Assisting and Mentoring the ANA on understanding the implementation of present and future communications projects to ensure the project progress and are sustainable by the ANA. Coordinate with higher levels Afghan and Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTC-A) echelon command elements for logistical support, training, equipment, and personnel development to support the Military Police Guard Command (MPGC). Prioritize and assist in the planning and engineering meetings to articulate the requirements and support for communications systems within the MPGC detention facility Afghan National Detention Facility Prison Parwan (ANDFP-P). Develop leadership and supervision of personnel and subordinates assigned to the Communications sections to best support operations of the MPGC and assist United States and Coalition Forces leadership. Develop and support ANA personnel on the Standard Operating Procedures to maintain and support their various communications systems and assessing communications staff on their performance to be able to mentor leadership on training to improve their communications operations and support.

Intemediate Level Technician in charge of mentoring and instruction of the Afghan National Army Signal School Electronic Technicians. Mentoring and Instructed the ANA technicians on the intermediate Maintainer's Course, preparing them for the operation of the Afghan Signal Maintenance School. Previously mentored and taught over 55 technicians for the Central Workshop Depot Repair Facility on maintenance procedures and repair of their communications equipment. Looking forward to working with some of those trained and seasoned ANA technicians to establish a well rounded training and maintenance school to train future Afghan Army Maintenance Technicians.

Team responsible for reintegrating all communications equipment and preparing it to be processed back into the US supply systems to be upgraded and returned back to the owning units fully upgraded and modernized to its most current configuration.
