About Frederick Maclean

After thirty years experience in deluxe properties, raised through the rank of F&B, I have become a GM who believe in guest services and the promise of delivering what has been asked of myself and the staff who work with me to enhance and deliver an experience and a memory that people will remember for a long time.I trained the staff to think in the same way and show them that there are always alternative rather than saying No to a guest.I have also a very strong resort operational accounting knowledge to ensure that cost and operating expenses are controlled without affecting the guest's experience.I am by nature very social and at ease in all types of circles.
