Processing Plant Shift Supervisor
CurrentMA'ADEN: Mansoura Massarah Gold ProjectDuties:Scada Control.Milling & Classification. Overseeing the running of the treatment Plant in crushing, milling (SAG and Ball Mill grinding), Flotation, Gravity concentration recovery, CIL/tailings disposal, elution and electro winning. Identifies operational bottlenecks and trouble shooting them. Liaise with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation Engineers to ensure that efficient and Effective implementation of preventive. Maintenance on equipment’s is observed. Liaise with shift chemist for plant performance results. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Generate daily reports on plant operations and performance.Report to plant superintendent on daily Operational performance and problems.Have experience in Process plant commissioning. Monitor performance of plant attendants for effective operations. Give adequate training to the plant Operators and assist them in their operations.Carbon in Leach Operation (CIL)Desorption (Zadra)CrushingTailings Dam OperationWater ServicingGravity SeparationMining Safety and Health Act and RegulationsEnforcing plant safety practices to achieve safe working conditions.Skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and video conferencing.
