Responsible for the preparation of the FY '98 budget for the CFO and all subordinate organizations. Programmed and updated highly-complex cost models to determin lab-wide budget status of projects for the Dept. of Energy (DOE), Work for Others (WFO), and Plant and Capital Equipment (PACE). Designed a web page to display over 500 funding documents in a hierarchical fashion by division and funding source using Microsoft FrontPage '97.
