•Selected as one of ten students to represent the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Utah. • My job is was to connect with both current students and CSBS alumni both in person and over social media by providing information about the college and its opportunities. I've been very fortunate to work with a group of like minded individuals and staff members within CSBS.

•Desk Assistants (DAs) help create a welcoming environment at the various residential front desks by providing information, assistance and excellent customer service, answering questions, and directing residents. •DAs work individually and as a team to help residents succeed in their experience living on campus.

•Gained new experiences through networking and mentoring with business professionals in different industries and states•Developed products and business models for team innovation competition•Designed and presented consulting and marketing plans for team strategy competitions

•Worked as a server/cashier in the main dining room and pool at the club.•Addressed guest concerns and resolved conflicts.•Assisted in training new employees in basic service operations.
