Frederick (Andy) Stark is the T7 Director of Manufacturing Operations. In this role he is responsible for managing the T7 EMD program and Transition to Low Rate Initial Production. Heads team that will execute the transition from low rate production configuration to flexible rate capable system that can accommodate future customer needs. Recently led the T7 production team to win the Boeing Innovated Factory of the Year award for 2022. Recently completed an Expat assignment as Director of Manufacturing Operations Saudi Arabia. Overseeing all in Kingdom production programs while partnering with Boeing Joint Ventures to the further the 2030 vision. Frederick supported the growing Enterprise influence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Frederick continues to serve on the Boeing Enterprise Structure and Join leadership team and developing the next generation of Saudi operations leaders in the BSA office and Joint Venture organizations. Prior to this role, Frederick served as Senior Production Operations manager for the F-15 SA program in St. Louis Missouri. In this role he managed the Center and Aft fuselage production system. During this period he improved Safety, Quality and cost of the product. He implemented lean practices and headed the F-15 factory of the Future team that is now executing to a plan to lower the cost of production and increase velocity for current and future F-15 customers. Frederick has also spent eight years leading cross functional engineering and production support teams in Saudi Arabia and Korea. Frederick Joined Boeing in 1990 and has led numerous Production and engineering teams. Frederick was instrumental in the conception and implementation of several F-15 affordability projects that have now created a next generation F-15 airframe that provides Boeing and the end user customer with a safe, highly capable and affordable product. Frederick has acted as a manufacturing consultant to F-15 suppliers and Boeing internal programs. Frederick was also appointed Customer Quality Representative for Singapore F-15 assemblies produced in Korea. Born in the United States, Frederick has his home in St. Charles Missouri. Earned his Airframe and Power Plant License from Park College of St. Louis University. Completed his Bachelors of Business Administration at Lindenwood College. Frederick holds Earned Value Management and Program Best Practices certificates and has helped develop production leadership training within Boeing. In his spare time Frederick and his wife enjoy automobile restoration and racing.
