Functional responsibilities:•Directs and coordinate activities of tests on mechanical and/or electrical equipment by performing the following duties directly. •Directs mechanical/electrical engineering and technical personnel in fabrication of testing and test control equipment.•Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of testoperations•Directs and exercises control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies•Capable of developing test plans, test techniques and test procedures to meet product and program requirements •Validate and evaluate test techniques and facilities for accuracy, reliability, repeatability, and correlation to actual customer requirements•Attend lab priority and workload meetings•Attend planning meetings, execution timing met•Be aware of new practices, procedures, and materials and evaluate them regularly for application in our facilities
