I am a passionate learner with a background in fine dining, mostly contemporary French and creole cuisine, with a desire to work for a fast-growing ambitious company. I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry, both as a line cook and in management, having worked at some of the best restaurants in New Orleans.  I like to place a premium on the following values in a kitchen, discipline, knowledge of fundamentals, respect for self and others, and a dedication to be the best.  I truly believe that greatness comes from humility and try to foster an environment for goal oriented and ambitious cooks to thrive. I Love to learn and am very determined to be the best at a job.  I believe in keeping the cooks constantly engaged to not only stave off boredom but to create an atmosphere of constant readiness and true ownership of stations, equipment and most importantly guest experience.
