- Leading, training, and coordinating the front and back-end staff to effectively serve the clientele in the fast-paced environment of the Energy Corridor of Houston, servicing 400 people a on average a day.- Interviewing and hiring prospective employees from job websites and walk-in interviews to fill the service roles of the restaurant, in English, and Mandarin.- Maintaining the face of the restaurant by interacting with customers, addressing any customer concerns and ensuring repeat business.- Writing copy and creating content for website and social media outlets using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Created an English Resource Center on campus containing authentic English-learning material to augment student studies and to provide an English-oriented meeting space for students.- Recruited twelve volunteers after reviewing approximately forty potential candidates for the Resource Center through an assessment and screening process.- Produced a comprehensive database for tracking and managing the resource center materials, sorting books and media by assigning each item a code through which a record could be made on an Excel spreadsheet whenever the item was checked out.- Responsible for direct teaching and supervision of over 300 university students in a classroom setting.- Served as regional team member for a yearly summer training session, working with three other team members to teach English teaching methodology to local teachers in the Gansu province.- Created an assessment for the summer training session in which students would be gauged and sorted into different levels of class, as well as planning lessons for every different learning level.- Acted as the Warden of Gansu Province with the responsibility of planning and relaying important security notices and warnings to all other volunteers in the province.

 Worked with newly immigrated high school students to develop English skills through verbal and written exercises. Counseled in English, Mandarin and Spanish to help students adjust to American culture. Aided students with homework from other classes to maintain GPR at school through 1-on-1 class work help during ESL period.
