All of my work has been intertwined with education, building relationships, communication, mentoring and sales. This unique combination has led to work that has focused on making learning and performance improvement easier and more accessible by removing the mystery and making the process of "getting and giving information" more efficient. My six-sigma training has helped me in finding root cause and in standardizing processes. I have always worked with a diverse constituency from C-suite executives to learners new to the system, and always demonstrated the flexibility needed to plan meetings for educators, physicians, staff and general population. In addition to sales, curriculum design and training I have experience in marketing, persuasion and change management which appear to be a lost art in business. Many of my accomplishments have come from the relationships I have built and maintained. I have often been "asked" to work with or salvage relationships, deemed difficult or strained with success. And maintaining the trust that leads to successful project management.

Medical College Of Wisconsin
Assisted in the redesign of the Medical School curriculum to be a more logical order and give the students more hands on learning. Medical school used to be 2 years of basic science before they saw their first patient and by then many forgot what they needed to remember. We integrated the basic science with patient care and organized the classes by system as you would dissect a cadaver. This way the students learned it and saw and touched it and then experienced the communication with a patient. This integration required many updates, not only to the curriculum but changing from lecture based to more teacher interactive with students at a patient point of care. This has proven to be an advantage for students learning and test scores and has reinvigorated the teacher’s also. This gives the students more practice and experience for their educational buck.
